Jacqui Inglis BWY Dip.- Yoga for All

YOGA.

"There is one truth there are many paths."

Yoga is not a religion, but whatever religion you do practice yoga will help you to understand your beliefs more clearly and get you closer in touch with your spiritual side. If you don’t have a religion or belief system you can still benefit from yoga.

Yoga is a system of training the mind and body by way of specialised techniques. This can be achieved through body work, breath work and meditation as in Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga deals  with the physical body, it’s control, health and welfare. Control the body and then you can control the mind.
